We like to keep things transparent, and squeaky clean of course. There are a few things to note about our Linen Exchange Program as follows:
Upon account creation a surplus of 3.5X the listed rate applies to your first service to cover a portion of the linens provided.
Linens, towels and cloths that are not returned or go missing are billed to the client at current replacement rates.
Full packages must be exchanged at scheduled services within 45 days of pick up.
